The Brazill Team office will be closed the following days:
November 27, 28 and 29, we will reopen with regular business hours December 2nd.
December 24, 25, 26 and 27, we will reopen December 30th with regular business hours.
December 31 we will be open with limited hours - 8:30am to 12noon.
We will be closed January 1st 2025
If you experience a maintenance emergency, please put in a request through your portal
The reception desk will not be open during these days, please plan accordingly if you plan on dropping off your rental payment. We DO NOT have a drop box
Don't forget to change your air filters and check your thermostat batteries to keep your HVAC system running smoothly!
